With customer input, C.A.P.E. Solutions will complete a statement of work that is translated into a resource-loaded networked project schedule. This statement of work will define deliverables, due dates, cost estimates and maximum labor costs quoted in either firm fixed price or time and material.

Customers are updated weekly and this process is continually audited to ensure customer satisfaction.

The software we use is client-centered, but typically includes MS Project, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
